1. Who can use Vibe
Vibe hosts adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live, to visit, create an account or pay. If you are not, leave now.
Creators must also pass an identity check with our independent verification provider before going live, publishing, messaging with media or selling anything. One person may hold more than one account, but the benefits tied to a person (such as the Free plan's $200 threshold) apply once per person, not once per account.
You are responsible for keeping your login and two-factor codes safe and for everything done from your account.
2. What Vibe is, and what it is not
Vibe provides live rooms, supporter clubs, messaging and the tools around them. Creators are independent: they are not our employees or agents, and they decide what they create and sell, within these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Vibe does not hold anyone's money. Every tip, membership, ticket, private show and unlock is a Lightning invoice created by the creator's own wallet and paid by the supporter directly to it. We never take custody of supporter payments, never take a percentage of them, and cannot move, hold, freeze or return them.
3. Payments by supporters
- Final. Lightning payments settle in seconds and cannot be reversed by us. Because the money goes straight to the creator, refunds are between you and the creator. We may help you contact them, but we cannot pay one out.
- What you buy. A membership is a 30-day pass to a creator's club. A pay-per-view unlock gives you access to that item on Vibe for as long as the creator's content remains on Vibe (see section 5). Tickets cover the show they are for. Private shows are billed by the minute you pay for.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and converted to bitcoin at the time of the invoice. Network or wallet fees charged by your own wallet are yours.
- Auto-pay. If you connect a wallet for auto-pay and switch on auto-renew for a membership, you authorise Vibe to pay that membership's renewal from your wallet to the creator's wallet about a day before it ends, at the price shown in your 48-hour notice, never above the spending budget you set in your wallet. You can switch auto-renew off or disconnect the wallet at any time; a renewal already paid is final. If a renewal fails, nothing is charged and we tell you by email.
4. Creator plans
- Creators pay Vibe a flat plan for the room, storage and live viewer-hours (see Pricing). Plans are paid by Lightning invoice for 30-day periods.
- Free plan. The Free plan costs nothing for any 30-day period in which the person behind the account received less than $200 from supporters, counted across every account that person holds (identified by their verified identity or payout address). If a period ends at or above $200, a $50 invoice for that period is issued when it ends and is due within 48 hours. The next period starts at no charge whether or not that invoice is paid, and is judged on its own. If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, the creator is paused as described below until it is paid.
- Overage. Past a plan's included viewer-hours, streaming either continues at the published per-hour rate or stops at the limit, as the creator chose.
- Unpaid fees. A Free plan month fee unpaid 48 hours after it is issued, or a paid-tier invoice unpaid 7 days after its due date, pauses the creator: no live shows, publishing, uploads, messages, sales or automated messages, and supporters cannot start new purchases from that creator. Supporters keep the access they already paid for until it ends. Paying restores everything immediately.
5. Paused accounts and deletion of content
- We email the creator when the 30-day period starts, and again 7 days before deletion, with a link to pay and a way to download their files.
- On the deletion date we permanently delete the creator's stored photos and videos (including the protected copies made for supporters), uploaded sounds, overlay visuals and livestream stills, and take their posts down. Deleted content cannot be recovered.
- Supporters: single pay-per-view items bought from that creator are no longer available once the creator's content is deleted. Memberships are unaffected because the deletion only starts after the last membership has ended.
- Paying the plan fee at any time before the deletion date cancels it.
6. Your content
- Creators keep all rights to what they publish. By publishing on Vibe, a creator grants Vibe a limited license to host, store, copy (including making marked copies for individual supporters), display and deliver that content to the people it is meant for, and to show thumbnails and excerpts to promote their room on Vibe, for as long as the content is on Vibe.
- Creators confirm that they own or have the rights to everything they publish, and that anyone appearing in it consented to being recorded and published (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
- Creator sovereignty. Vibe takes 0% commission on what your community pays you. Your content, your member list and your data are yours: you can export every member to CSV at any time, without asking us, and closing your account does not change who owns the work.
- Supporters may view what they have access to for their personal use only. Downloading, recording, screen-capturing, reposting, sharing or selling a creator's content is prohibited. Photos and videos delivered to members carry an invisible mark tied to the receiving account.
- Supporter email addresses: a creator can export their supporter list, including email addresses only for supporters who chose to share them in Preferences.
7. Copies of your work, and takedowns
Every photo and video delivered to a member carries an invisible mark unique to that account. When a copy is found outside Vibe, the account it was delivered to may be identified from that mark, blocked from that creator's content and suspended. Vibe does not search the web on a creator's behalf and does not act as their agent. See the Copyright and takedown policy.
8. Rules of conduct
Everyone must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and report matters to the authorities when these terms or the law are broken. Where the law requires it, we preserve and hand over information to law enforcement.
9. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that are inactive as described in our emails, or when required by law. Payments already made are final. Creators whose accounts close lose access to their stored content; download it first.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Vibe is provided as it is. Live streaming and payments depend on networks, wallets and services outside our control; we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vibe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for payments made between supporters and creators, or for amounts above the plan fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email or on the site before it takes effect; continuing to use Vibe after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@joinvi.be.
