Acceptable Use Policy

Zero tolerance: minors

The following are prohibited outright. An account that hosts, distributes or promotes any of it is terminated, and the material is preserved where the law requires us to preserve it.

• Pornography and sexually explicit adult content. Including material placed behind a membership, a paywall or an age gate.
• Any sexual content involving a minor, real or apparent. Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and the competent authorities without exception.
• Hate speech. Content attacking people for who they are rather than what they think.
• Violence. Threats, glorification, or instruction in causing harm.
• Illegal goods. Weapons, controlled substances, stolen property, forged documents.
• Deceptive financial schemes. Multi-level marketing, recruitment-driven income claims, guaranteed-return offers, and anything whose earnings depend on enrolling the next person rather than on the work.

We would rather say this plainly than bury it: Vibe exists for people teaching and sharing a craft. A community built on any of the above is not one we will host, whatever it pays.

Consent and verification

• Every person who appears in content or on a livestream must be an adult, must be verified on Vibe through our identity check, and must have agreed to being recorded and to the content being published and sold. Co-stars verify through their own accounts before appearing.
• No hidden cameras, voyeurism, upskirting, or recording anyone who has not agreed.
• No intimate content of anyone shared without their consent (sometimes called revenge porn), including content made while a relationship existed.
• No deepfakes or synthetic sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their written consent.
• Consent can be withdrawn: if a person who appears asks for content to be removed, the creator must take it down, and we will.
• No content involving anyone who is asleep, unconscious, or impaired by alcohol or drugs to the point they cannot consent.

Sexual content that is never allowed

• Sexual violence, rape, or non-consensual acts, including simulated or role-played ones.
• Incest, including role-play presented as between family members.
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
• Necrophilia.
• Content that shows serious injury, extreme violence, torture, mutilation, or bodily harm presented sexually; blood play; breath play or choking presented as dangerous.
• Hypnosis or mind control presented as removing consent.
• Sexual activity in a public place where it is illegal, or that involves members of the public who have not agreed.

Exploitation and illegal activity

• Human trafficking, coercion, or anyone performing under another person's control. If you believe a performer is being coerced, report it; we act on reports.
• Offering, arranging or advertising in-person sexual services, escorting or meetings for payment.
• Selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods and services.
• Content or payments connected to fraud, scams, money laundering, or evading sanctions.

Safety, respect and hate

• No threats, harassment, stalking, or encouraging anyone to harm themselves.
• No hate speech or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• No doxxing: never share anyone's real name, address, workplace, contact details or other private information without their permission. Creators' privacy is protected by default.
• No promotion of self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• No extremist or terrorist content.

Platform integrity

• No impersonating another person, creator or Vibe.
• No recording, downloading, reposting or selling creators' content. Every delivered photo and video is marked to the receiving account.
• No copyright infringement: publish only what you own or have the rights to.
• No spam, bots, fake accounts, or manipulating rankings, goals or chats.
• No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, or to get around paywalls, blocks, age checks or bans.

Reporting and enforcement

Every room and post has a report option, and creators can report a copy of their own work from the studio. Our team reviews reports, can hold content while it reviews, and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, block payments to a creator's room, and preserve evidence. Serious matters are reported to the authorities. To report something urgently, email hello@joinvi.be.
