Report infringing content on Vibe
Send a notice to hello@joinvi.be with: the work you own, the exact page on Vibe where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We remove or disable access to the material and tell the account that posted it.

Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the removed content's location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details and your consent to the relevant jurisdiction. We forward it to the person who filed the notice and may restore the content if they do not start legal action.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights are closed.
When a copy of your work turns up elsewhere
Send us the copy and we match it to the original: the invisible mark identifies the account it was delivered to, and that account can be blocked from your content. Sending the takedown notice to the host is yours to do, and we will give you what the notice needs. Vibe does not search the web for copies and does not act as your agent.
