A $1,000 monthly limit does not mean putting $1,000 in. The limit is the most we may ever take during a month. The balance is whatever you put in, and you can send it back out any time. The rest of your money stays where it already is.
Step 1: open the wallet. Two minutes.
It is a free web page called Coinos. Treat it like a prepaid card: put a little in, spend it.

- Pick a username and a passwordThat is the whole sign-up. No email, no ID, no fee.
Step 2: put money in. Ten minutes.
Buy however much you would like to spend on creators, then send it across. We suggest at least $25 to start. You can add more any time.
Already own bitcoin anywhere? Do only the third step, from whichever app holds it. Coinbase cannot do this in Canada or New York.
- Install Wallet of SatoshiiPhone · Android. No sign-up, no ID.
- Buy what you want to spendGreen Buy Bitcoin button. If it is missing where you live, use any local app that sends over Lightning.
- Send it acrossOn coinos.io click Receive, type the amount, copy the code. In the other app tap Send, paste, confirm.
Step 3: connect it. One minute.
- On Vibe, open Account, then Auto-pay
- Choose the most we may spend in a monthYou can change it later.
- Click the Coinos buttonYour wallet opens with the name, budget and monthly reset filled in. Click Submit there, then Copy NWC.
- Come back, paste it in the boxTick the permission underneath, then tap Connect auto-pay wallet.
- Flip auto-renew on any membership you want renewed
If something goes wrong
- You reach your limit. Nothing breaks. Pay by scanning as usual, or raise the limit under Account.
- The wallet runs low. The Auto-pay page has Add buttons for $25, $50, $100, $500 and $1,000.
- A renewal fails. We email you that day. Nothing is charged.
- You change your mind. Disconnect under Account. What you already paid for runs to its end.
Questions
Do I need this to pay a creator?
No. Tap an amount and pay the square code with any bitcoin app. This only makes it one tap instead.
Does a bigger limit mean putting more money in?
No. The limit caps what we may take. The balance is what you put in, and a high limit with a small balance is fine.
Can Vibe empty my wallet?
No. We can take up to your limit, and only from what is in that wallet. Disconnecting takes one click.
Who holds the money in Coinos?
Coinos does, like a prepaid card, so keep only what you plan to spend there. You can withdraw it to another app at any time.
Does the creator see my name, card or bank?
No. They see a payment with your display name, nothing else.
